Winemaking Infusion Tubes

The Grape and Granary sells a number of infusion tubes to make the process of adding and removing oak from your wine. These tubes can be inserted into a carboy or even a wine barrel that has become neutral. These tubes work best with oak cubes (beans) and oak chips. Just fill the tube with your oak of choice and insert it into the barrel or carboy. Once the wine has achieved the desired oak character, just remove the tube.
