500 ml (16 oz) pouch. An easy way to sweeten wine prior to bottling.
How to sweeten wine: Add a minimum of 2 oz of wine conditioner per gallon to finished wine. Wine will not begin refermenting because wine conditioner contains sugar and sorbic acid (wine stabilizer).
Wine conditioner will sweeten up to 8 gallons of finished wine. Do not add more than 1 oz of this product per quart of wine. Do not add to wines that already have potassium sorbate (stabilizer) added to them.
Adding more than 1 oz per quart of this product to your wine can cause the sorbate to cloud your wine. The cloudiness can be removed with filtration. If you wish to sweeten your wine with more than 1 oz per quart, use a conbination of table sugar and Stabilizer Crystals (aka potassium sorbate).
