Description
Vintners Best White Sangria.
Strong white sangria character with notes of peach. A blend of juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for white white sangria wine blend at 18.9 brix.
Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient. Makes 5 US gallons.
Yeast, potassium sorbate and potassium metabisulfite are recommended.
