Moscato wine base:

A blend of Muscat and other juice concentrates, HFCS, malic and citric acids and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for moscato wine blend at 18.9 Brix. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient.

* Yeast is required. Makes (5) US gallons.

Moscato has become incredibly popular for drinking on its own or even as an aperitif because it's sweet, low in alcohol and incredibly easy to drink. Historically known as a dessert wine, Moscato has a slight fizz and flavors of nectarine, peach and orange that are very pleasing to your taste buds.
