Produces a wine with a strong Black Raspberry wine character. It is a blend of juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for honeydew wine blend at 18.9 Brix.
Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutirent. Makes 5 US Gallons. Yeast, potassium sorbate and potassium metabisulfite are recommended additives.
