Grape and Granary Advanced Vienna Lager Beer recipe. This all-grain recipe consists of 5% Pilsner, 80% Vienna, 7.9% Melanoidin, 0.7% Chocolate, 4% Crystal and 2.6% Cara-Pils malts. There is 9.44 pounds of grain. It is toasty, warming, and malty. This recipe uses Hallertau and Sazz hops for bittering and flavor.
The recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.049, IBU 23 and SRM 13. Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If prefer a liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2206.
