Thermocapsuler. For shrinking pvc heat shrink capsules on wine bottles. Uses a standard 110 volt outlet. Plug it in and let it warm up. Then, slide wine bottle with capsule attached into heat mechanism. Within seconds, the capsule shrinks up around the neck of the bottle.
