Use additional nutrients for mead making. Recommended for: Ciders, Cysers, Fruit Wines, Ginger Ale, Cherry, Raspberry, Peach. Flocculation: low-medium, alcohol tolerance: 11%, residual sugar: 2-3%, 65-75 deg. F.
