Still Spirits EZ Filter:

The EZ FILTER System provides a complete solution for filtering distilled spirit. This Carbon filter system is a specially formulated filter cartridge with no powdered granules making it easier to use. This filter is ideal for filtering alcohol to prepare it for use with the flavorings.

The system includes the two 10 liter (2.5 gallon) plastic buckets shown along with one carbon cartridge and the cartridge assembly. This system filters 3 liters of alcohol in about 20 minutes and water about twice that fast. Each cartridge will filter approximately 10 liters of alcohol or 300 liters of water.
