Grape and Granary Advanced Steam Beer recipe. This all-grain recipe consist of 9.6% crystal, 18% Munich, and 70% lager malts. There is 10.75 total pounds of grain with an even handed amount of Northern Brewer hops for flavor and aroma. Similar to Anchor Steam.
This recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.053, IBU 41 and color is 11 SRM. Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss and dry yeast. If you prefer liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2112.
