16 oz bottle of Starsan. STAR SAN is a high foaming, acid anionic, no-rinse sanitizer.

Requires only 2 minutes contact time and will not pit stainless steel. No rinsing required. Acid base neutralizes residues left behind by mild caustic cleansers.
