Stabilizer Crystals- 5 lbs

5 lb bag of stabilizer crystals. AKA Potassium Sorbate. Prevents a fermentation from restarting once the wine is clear. Use just prior to adding sugar to a wine that you want to sweeten.. Use 1/2 tsp per gallon of wine. One ounce is enough for sixteen gallons.
