Grape and Granary Advanced Export 80/- Shilling recipe. A wonderfully malty beer with a unique caramel and nut flavor. This recipe uses English pale ale malt, Amber malt, English roasted barley and a touch of peat smoked malt. OG is 1.051, IBU 21 and estimated color is 17 SRM. Great with Wyeast #1728.
