Liquid vegetable rennet- 1.3 oz container. Contains no animal products. Add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp per 2 gallons of milk. Dilute rennet in 1/4 cup cold dechlorinated water prior to adding to milk. Stir into milk well to distribute. Keep refridgerated (40-45 deg F.). Product loses 1% strength per month. This is a Microbial rennet derived from Mucor Miehei.
Contains microbial rennet with salt, caramel color and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
