These fermenters are made from polypropylene, which is less porous than other types of plastic vessels. This leads to a decreased risk of harboring pathogens that can contaminate your wine, beer, mead, cider, or other type of fermented beverage

This vessel has a pre-molded threaded hole which can be drilled out to accommodate a 1" spigot. Also includes a graduation scale in both gallons and liters which is molded directly into the side of the vessel.
