Grape and Granary Advanced Classic American Pilsner recipe. This is the style of beer that was brewed in America before prohibition. More hop bitterness and hop flavor/aroma than todays American style beers. A bit more alcholic as well.
This traditional recipe uses 60% six row barley, 26% corn and 13% toasted malt. Saaz and Hallertau provide the big hoppy aroma and flavor. OG 1.055, IBU 38 and SRM 3. Try with Wyeast #2035 or similar.
