Description

Used to ripen and flavor Brie, Camembert, Coulommiers and some goat cheeses. It produces a white bloom on the surface of the cheese and is highly recommended to use with G. Candidum, which helps prevent the skin from slipping off the finished cheese.

This packet contains enough culture for at least 40 gallons of milk.

Is not grown on a milk base and does not contain gluten. This culture is vegan.
