Grape and Granary Advanced Oktoberfest recipe. A full bodied, malty and toasty German celebration beer. A wonderful fall time treat. We use German Munich, Vienna, Pilsner and Melanoidin malt paired with German noble hops for a very authentic rendition of this German classic style. Starting gravity is 1.057, IBU 25 and SRM 13. Please specify if grains are whole or crushed.
