Oatmeal Stout: All Grain

Grape and Granary Advanced Oatmeal Stout Kit. A wonderful roasty, silky smooth beer with a long lasting head and roasty silky finish. This is the recipe that our very popular extract oatmeal stout recipe was built from. The malt bill is 76% Pale malt, 7% English roasted barley, 5% dark crystal malt, 2% Chocolate malt, 1% black malt and 10% flaked oats.

Flaked oats adds to the smoothness. OG 1.054, IBU is 39 and SRM 43. Similar to Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout.
