Muntons Canadian Ale kit. 3.3 lb kit

Reminiscent of the slightly hoppier lager style beers popular throughout Canada.

Try adding one pound rice syrup or brewers corn syrup and one pound light dry malt along with 1/4 oz Saaz or Cascade hops for the boil and 3/4 oz Saaz or Cascade hops aroma.

All Munton kits employ fresh bittering hops and not hop extracts.
