Description
Grape and Granary Advanced Munich Dunkel Beer recipe. This all-grain recipe consists of 90% Munich, 5% Melanoidin, 2% Crystal, and 2% Chocolate malts. There is 10.5 pounds of grain which makes this toasty, malty, and complex. Recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. European hops (Hallertau and Saaz) contribute the bitterness and flavor. OG 1.054, IBU 25, and SRM 19 .
Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If you prefer liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2124 or #2206.
