Mexican Altura- 1 lb

One pound bag of Mexican Altura arabica (high grown) green coffee beans. Origin is Sierra Madre mountains. Mildly pleasing with sweet fermented fruit notes which compliment the aroma. The cup reads as chocolate, red wine, cedary cherries with a hint of sweet herb. The acidity is low toned and balanced. The mouthfeel is rounded and smooth. The finish is clean.
