Honey Lager- G & G

Our honey style lager has four pounds of pale light malt extract and two pounds of light clover honey. This creates a very light, tasty and very refreshing brew. Cascade hops add a citrus note that adds to the overall complexity and refreshing character. A great summer thirst quencher.

The kit includes malt syrup, honey, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfoc tablet and instructions.If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2124, #1056 or #2007. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Makes 5 US gallons. Statistics are Est OG 1.042, SRM 3, IBU'S 14. Potential Alcohol 4.3 ABV.
