Homebrewing Yeast- White Labs

The Grape and Granary stocks a number of White Labs liquid yeast  strains. They do produce some unique strains that are different from those produced by Wyeast and Omega Yeast. Strains like the WLP Hefe IV and the  Super High Gravity are unique. They do not have a proofing mechanism like Wyeast does, but they do have a good number of yeast cells in each pack.
