What homebrewer does not dream of having more than one beer on-tap at the same time! The Grape and Granary sells a number of manifolds for homebrewing and beer dispensing. The manifold allows the brewer to dispense more than one keg of beer at a time.

The co2 gas will exit the co2 tank and enter the manifold. The manifold then splits the gas with multiple barbs and allows the the brewer to have several beers on tap with just one beer regulator and one co2 tank. A 2-way manifold, 3-way manifold or 4- way manifold are the most common among homebrewers. If only one beer is on-tap, the other exiting barbs can be turned off. Thus, if you have a 4-way manifold, you do not have to dispense four beers at once (but you can!).
