Blichmann: In-Line Oxygenation Kit

The Blichmann In-Line Oxygenation Kit is a wonderful addition to any homebrewing set up. With the In-Line Oxygenation Kit, you can oxygenate your wort to improve the environment for yeast growth and reproduction, which encourages a healthy fermentation. Oxygenation becomes especially important for high gravity beers as oxygen solubility decreases and the need for oxygen to keep your yeast production strong.

The Blichmann In-Line Oxygenation Kit features a stainless steel diffusion stone, two 1/2' QuickConnectors™, an O2 regulator, custom stainless fittings, 5 ft. length 02 hose. The system itself is very easy to sanitize and maintain.

This oxygenation kit requires 'propane-type' oxygen tank. Brewers may benefit from the addition of an optional ThruMometer for inline temperature measurement.

The In-Line Oxygenation kit fully disassembles for quick and easy cleaning and sanitation before and after your brew day. The oxygenation stone is porous enough to allow sanitizers (like Starsan) to penetrate the stone fully, but small enough to permit the proper dissolution of oxygen into the wort. The porosity of the oxygenation stone means that, unlike other systems, on the market, there is no need to boil the oxygenation stone.
