For most home brewers, brewing with the water that feeds into our homes is very par for the course. But what happens when your water isn’t particularly suited for brewing? Fortunately, certain elements of brewing water can be modified with the addition of water salts and chemicals. We recommend if you suspect that your water is off, to check your water’s PH levels and use water salts to adjust accordingly. Not sure exactly how to adjust your ph levels?
