Glucoamylase enzyme hydrolyzes alpha-1,4 and alpha-1,6 glucosidic bonds in dextrins. The prolonged
action of the enzyme produces large amounts of glucose. Use for making 'dry' beers, lower ending gravity beers and to improve fermentability.
Use 1/2 tsp per 5 gallons to achieve lower ending gravities and greater rates of attenuation.
