German Pilsner: All Grain

Grape and Granary Advanced German Pilsner recipe. A very tasty and popular brew. One of our favorite recipes! We use Pilsner, Vienna, Caramel and Carapils malt along with Hallertau and Liberty (a Hallertau Mittlefruh clone) hops. Excellent! SG 1.048, IBU 43 and SRM 7.0. Great with Wyeast #2124 or WLP830.
