A refreshing beer style to be enjoyed year round. Kit includes malt syrup, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfoc tablet, fruit puree and instructions. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Kit makes 5 US gallons. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1056 or #1272 Ale. Statistics are Est OG 1.050, Est SRM 5, IBU'S 14. Potential Alcohol 5.0 ABV.
