50 Unit packet of Flora Danica culture. Enough culture for about 50 gallons of milk. Use in Camembert, Brie, Feta and Blue cheeses. Direct Set.

Contains lactose (powder as a delivery ingredient – the culture is mixed with lactose to achieve a standardized activity - the idea is that it will work the same from lot to lot). Because lactose is an element of milk – depending on how strict a vegan one is – Flora Danica might not be considered acceptable for a vegan diet.
