Grape and Granary's Dutch Pilsner recipe is a medium bodied, mildly hoppy Pilsner style beer with a dry finish. Similar to Heineken or Grolsh.
The Kit includes malt syrup, dry malt, rice syrup solids, pellet hops (Hallertau and Saaz), dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablet, and instructions. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Makes 5 US Gallons. If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2124 lager or #1056 Ale. Statistics are Est OG 1.049, SRM 4, IBU'S 25. Potential Alcohol 4.9 ABV.
