This Grape and Granary all-grain Advanced Dry Stout beer recipe has won many awards. A wonderfully roasty and rich dry stout. This recipe consists of 76.9% Pale Ale malt, 10.3% of English roasted barley, 2.6% black patent and 10.3% Flaked Barley. Dark black in color, it is one of our favorite recipes.
This recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.047, IBU 40 and SRM 40.6 . Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If you perfer a liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1084.
