Description
Our Dortmunder Export contains six pounds of Pilsen dried malt extract balanced by German and Czech hops. This makes for a very tasty, refreshing beer with a good balance of both malt and hops. This beer is similar to Great Lakes Dortmunder with a slight bigger malt/hop profile.
The kit contains dried malt extract, steeping grains, steeping socks, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablets, and instructions. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Kit makes 5 US gallons. If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recomment Wyeast #2206 or #2124. Statistics are Est OG 1.058, Est SRM 6, Est IBU'S 26. Potential Alcohol 5.8 ABV.
