Grape and Granary All Grain Advanced Dortmunder Export Beer recipe. This all grain-recipe consist of 95% Pilsner malt, 2% Melanoidin malt, and 2% Cara-Pils malt. There is 11 total pounds of grain that gives it a smooth clean lager flavor, and a good balance of German lager malts and hops. It is golden in color and hopped with Hallertau Tradition and Saaz hops. An excellent refreshing anytime beer style.
Recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.053, IBU 31, and SRM 5.0 . Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If you prefer liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2206.
