Grape and Granary's All Grain Doppelbock recipe. This recipe uses Pilsner, two types of Munich, Melanoidin and carafa malt to produce a robust, flavorful, rich bock beer. Recipe specifics are OG 1.080, SRM 16, IBU's 23. Best fermented as a lager but can be fermented as an ale with excellent results. If you prefer a liquid yeast, we recommend Wyeast 2124 or While Labs 830. Kit contains 15.5 lbs of grain. Be sure your mash tun can hold this quantity of mash.
