Distiller's Active Distillers Yeast (DADY). Superb alcohol tolerance to 22% alcohol. One pound bag of yeast. Use 1-2 lbs of this yeast per 1000 gallons of mash. (0.5-1.0 gram per gallon). This yeast is a distillers yeast specially selected from strains of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.

It has been carefully produced so as to have a minimal lag phase before fermentation begins and also to exibit high alcohol tolerance. Consequently, the yeast is able to produce ethanol under the most adverse conditions and has the abiliity to ferment when other yeasts have stopped.

Distiller's Active Distillers Yeast is in the active dried form and has a shelf life of about 6 months at room temperature. For optimal fermentation the temperature should be controlled at 90 deg F. plus or minus 2 degrees.

NOT FOR USE IN SUGAR WASHES. USE TURBO YEAST FOR LOW NUTRIENT WASHES.
