The Grape and Granary sells several stills that can be used for water, alcohol and essential oil extraction. If you are just getting started, a one gallon air still might be your best choice. It is simple to use and does not require a cold water supply for cooling. If you are a bit more adventurous, the still spirits turbo boiler in combination with a column works very well for those making spirits with little taste (sugar wash). If you want to make flavorful spirits, you can use the same still spirits turbo boiler along with an alembic copper dome and turbo 500 shotgun condensor.
