Description
Grape and Granary Advanced Cream Ale recipe. This all-grain recipe uses 6 row barley and flaked corn. A hit of honey malt adds to the overall complexity. There is 10.25 lbs of grain total. An excellent and refreshing summer beer recipe. This recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG is 1.048, SRM is 3.2 and IBU's are 18.5.
Similar to Genesee Cream Ale, Little Kings, Anderson Valley Summer Solstice.
Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, whirlfloc tablet, and dry yeast. If you prefer a liquid yeast, we recommend Wyeast #2112, Wyeast #1056 or Whitelabs WLP001.
