Chocolate Stout- G & G

Grape and Granary's stout kit is a showcase of caramel, roasted malts and chocolate flavor. We use dark caramel malt combined with Simpsons English roasted barley to provided the malt sweetness and roasted character. 4 oz's of Cocoa nibs provide the chocolate note to produce a full bodied rich and complex beer.

Vital statistics are SG 1.055, Color is about 39, IBU's are 30 and alcohol content is about 5% ABV.
