Chocolate Rye Malt- Weyermann

Weyermann chocolate rye (R) malt. Sold per pound or per ounce. Lovibond is 188-300 deg. Use in top fermented specialty beers such as Dunkel Rye Wheat, Dunkle rye ale. Use 1-5% of the grist. This malt will result in an enhanced aroma in dark top-fermented beers as well as improved color.
