Cheesmaking Cheese Wax

Keep your homemade cheese from molding with cheese wax. Cheese wax helps your cheese stay fresh longer. Grape and Granary offers cheese wax in black, red and yellow. We also offer brushes to help with cheese wax application. Many cheesemakers will use an old crock pot to melt the wax and a cheese brush or dipping to apply it. Once the wax is removed from the cheese, it can be tossed back into the crock pot and remelted and used again in the futgure.
