Cheesemaking Sanitizers
As with any food making endeavor, it is extremely important to be sanitary with your equipment and process. Below you can find some of our favorite sanitizers for cheesemaking. One of the easiest to use is Star San sanitizer and a spray bottle. You can make up a solution in the spray bottle, spray your equipment when you need to and store the sanitizer in the spray bottle for as long as you like.
