Rennet Tablets Pack of 10

Vegetable Rennet Tablets. Strip of 10 tablets. Each tablet will coagulate approximately 13 gallons of milk. Tablets can be broken in half or quarter to set less than 13 gallons of milk.

Ingredients: Enzymatic microbial coagulant (from Rhyzomucor miehei), megnesium stearate, microcristaline cellulose.

* Liquid rennet can also be used in place of the tablets but has a shorter shelf life.
