Yogotherm is a yogurt maker that uses no energy to incubate your culture. The principal is that of a thermos maintaining uniform temperature while avoiding hot or cold spots.

It is light, convenient and easy to clean (only one container to clean). The large capacity makes up to two quarts of yogurt. Using the yogotherm is the sensible way to incubate yogurt. It can also be used to incubate other lactic products such as Fromage Blanc, Kefier, Buttermilk, Creme Fraiche etc...
