Our basic hard cheese kit makes nine cheeses: Farmhouse Cheddar, Gouda, Monterey Jack, Feta, Cottage Cheese, Colby, Parmesan and Ricotta. This kit comes with a detailed recipe book detailing all the steps in the process. A milk jug filled with water is used in place of a cheese press with this kit.
