Red cheese wax. An FDA approved wax with excellent coating properties. Use as a outer protective coating for cheeses of all types. Recommended processing temp is 160 deg. F to 170 deg F.. Heat in double boiler. 1 lb of cheese wax is enough to cover 10-20 cheeses.
