Carawheat Malt- Weyermann

One pound bag of Weyermann Cara Wheat (R) (or Caramel Wheat). Use in dark ales, hefe weissen, dunkel weissen etc... Use up to 15% of the grist. Promotes fullness and wheat malt aroma, adds color and notes of caramel, almonds, biscuit and bread.
