Candi Sugar-Dark 1 lb

One pound bag. 225 Lovibond. Candi sugar helps maintain the high alcohol content of Belgian ales (doubles and tripples and similar styles) and yet keeps them from becoming overly malty and sweet. Dark and amber candi sugar adds additional color and flavor. Use 1 - 1.5 lbs per 5 gallon batch.
