Canadian Ale- G & G

Our Canadian style ale kit productes a light-medium bodied, golden colored beer with crisp, hoppy dry finish. It is similar to Molson ale.

The kit includes malt syrup, dry malt extract, rice syrup solids (to dry out the flavor), steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops (Willamette and Saaz), dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablet, and instructions. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Makes 5 US gallons. If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1056 or #1272 ale. Statistics Est OG 1.042, SRM 4, IBU'S 18. Potential Alcohol 4.2 ABV.
